TURESPAÑA's national tourism agency responsible for the marketing of Spain in the world and to create value for its tourism sector by encouraging the environmental economic, social and sustainable means domestic destinations. Its mission is to be the vanguard of the Spanish tourism strategy, coordinating and leading public and private actors.

Spain tourism brand, Marketing and Knowledge are the three pillars on which Turespaña bases its strategy and action, all based on public-private partnership.

Turespaña has a network of 33 Ministries of Tourism abroad cells that act as both knowledge and marketing and business platform for the sector. His role abroad is essential for the implementation of the strategy of the international tourism promotion. The National and Integral Plan of Tourism approved by the Council of Ministers is the roadmap of the Spanish State Tourism Administration to create the foundations of a competitive tourism sector in the new international scenario.
